Yes, tickets must be pre-booked online. If you don’t there is no guarantee that there will be space for you to purchase on the day.

There are several different ticket types you can buy (multi-attraction tickets, etc), but the price of a standard ticket for entry to the London Eye is £32.50 per adult. By pre-booking, you guarantee entry and save up to 10%.
