Are transfers included in my Balkans Holiday booking?
Yes, transfers are included in the price for all package holidays (this excludes Varna area holidays when arriving at Bourgas airport). Please note, that transfers for flight-only bookings will come at an extra cost and these can be added to your order before making payment.
Can I amend my booking?
Yes, you can. If an amendment is made more than 57 days prior to your departure date, an administration charge will be applied and this charge will become more expensive the later you leave it.
Can I get free child places at Balkans Holidays?

What is my luggage allowance?
When you book a package holiday at Balkan Holidays, you’ll get a 22 kg luggage allowance for free! This will be clearly displayed when you make your booking. If you’re booking a flight-only ticket, you’ll need to add hold luggage separately (and this will come at an additional cost).
Can I secure my holiday with a deposit?
Yes, you are able to put down a deposit to secure your holiday. Deposits start from as little as £49.00 and you’ll be told when the balance needs to be paid once your booking has been made.
