How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is £4.99 on orders between £15-£29 and £1.99 on orders between £29-£45 and is delivered by either Yodel or Evri. However, there is a £15 minimum order value at Bitiba.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes between 1-2 working days, however times can vary depending on availability and location.
Can I return my items?
Yes, you have 14 days in order to return the item provided its in the same condition you received it, you can start the process via their contact form
