Free Click and Collect Service Available from Goldsmiths

Goldsmiths.co.uk is delighted to offer you a FREE Click and Collect service. Using Click and Collect could not be easier, - Simply browse online - Add items to your basket - Select delivery to your local Goldsmiths store. This service is available in all Goldsmiths stores excluding Outlet stores, concessions and Airports. All of our orders are usually despatched within 1-5 days. If your item(s) is in stock and you place your order before 3pm, we will despatch your order the same day for a next day delivery to the store. (Where there are extensions to your order we will contact you by email to confirm) When your order is ready for collection our store will call you to confirm. If you would like to confirm product availability please do not hesitate to contact us on 0845 604 2320 – Monday to Friday between 9am & 5pm. Identification Requirements When collecting your order, for security purposes we would ask you to take along two forms of identification along with your order acknowledgement email to the store and original payment card where a card payment has been made. - Original Payment Card - To verify in store - Photo ID – Either a current passport, driving licence or a UK National ID card - Paper ID – Utility bill or bank statement, this must be within the last 3 months - Order Acknowledgement email *Please note, no other persons are authorised to collect your order* Exclusions There are only a couple of exclusions from our Click and Collect service. Orders using PayPal and Interest Free Credit payment methods are also excluded at goldsmiths.co.uk
