What are the delivery options available at Eflorist?
There are a few delivery options to choose from and costs vary depending on your delivery date. Letterbox flowers cost £3.99 to be delivered, whereas standard Courier delivery costs £5.99. Hand-delivered flowers have a service fee of £7.99, as they are being delivered by a local florist. All orders are available for Next-Day delivery if you order before 9 pm.
Can I get Same-Day delivery from Eflorist?
Yes, Same-Day delivery is available on selected flowers. To view these, navigate to the Same-Day Flowers section on the Eflorist website. Same-Day delivery has a charge of £7.99 and orders must be placed before 3 pm.
What does Eflorist do if my recipient isn’t home?
Sometimes, even the most thought-out surprises don’t go to plan. If your recipient isn’t home when Eflorist delivers, they’ll attempt to leave them with a neighbour or in a safe place. In this case, they will leave a calling card.

Will Eflorist flowers stay fresh when delivered?
Eflorist will send your flowers packaged carefully and in an appropriately sized box. The flowers will be sent whilst they are still in bud, meaning you’re guaranteed at least seven days of freshness.
How do I care for my flowers from eFlorist?
Your flowers will arrive whilst they are in bud, so it’s best to give them some TLC as soon as they arrive. You should trim their stems by 2-3 cm and peel back any protective outer petals which may have bruised during travel. These are known as ‘guard’ petals and are simply doing their job - keeping the rest of the bud safe. Next, fill a vase with water and add the flower food (which will have arrived with your order). Be sure to check your flowers’ water level regularly and top it up if needed.
