not sure if this is the right place to put a link, but weve found that fitnessworks in halesowen (west mids) are doing a free trial gym pass on their website.

FitnessWorks - Heath & Fitness Club, Gym, Spa, Beauty Suncentre in Halesowen

both of us here have downloaded it as we had a week off with nothing to do - so basically its a free day out! you can use the gym and all the aerobic classes etc and its a really friendly health club.

we live in dudley, so halesowen isnt a million miles away and you cant knock a freebie!!!
