ive give this a nommi even though i dont use vista but i must state you will be hard pushed to use everything with only 1gb of ram

regardless of how much ram you have you can still use the operating system effectively, I had ultimate running on 1.5 before I upgraded
if need be, just find yourself a 1gb mem stick and use it to speed up your system
