Help Me Understand The Process

Hello can someone help me understand a couple of things on ebay selling? I have a house that Im trying to sell using ebay its my first time selling on ebay
and in the real estate section it seems to be a bit harder. First does anyone know what the fees are to list a house as a classified ad ? and is it better to sell my house
as a classified ad or at Auction? which one would you say is better? This is hard as it gets I cant seem to fully understand it but thought maybe someone who has sold houses
or other items on ebay might be able to help walk me through the process.

I mean when searching around on ebay some of the weirdest crapola that i seen being sold like this goof ball offering to sell his mother in law is it even possible to auction off the
services of your mother in law or a real human to begin with, is it worth selling on ebay if such crap is allowed to stay up at ebay?
