I have had really awful after sales support from Furniture Star and will never use them again. I ordered several expensive dining room items, it took 7 weeks to arrive and that was after a lot of chasing up on my part. The sideboard was damaged and the mirror was missing. It took another 7 weeks to get it exchanged and they still forgot to deliver the mirror. Ive had to take several days off work and the whole thing has been a night mare. the Furniture Star staff care not a jot.
