This is how I got my money back after months !!!
if you have dealt with these people before then you will know what I am talking about. IF not, do not ask for a loan from them, they are not a loan company , they are brokers and they send your details to all other companies, i am still getting texts from loan companies and brokers to this day! Also , brokers are only allowed to charge no more than 5 pounds for them to process your details. Don't pay any more than that , they are most likely going to be scams and you will never get your loan and it will mess up your credit history.

My name is Xylina and I am writing in regards to my recent application with your company. Your website was very misleading because I actually was under the impression that you were a loan company and not a broker. I was told that if I paid you 59.50 I would recieve my 5000 pound loan with in 5 working days. I waited for two weeks before I heard anything from you. I decided to get in touch my self. After being on hold for 1 hour I was told that my details were passed onto another loan company who were only able to offer me 2000 pounds with an extremely high interest. Obviously then I found out you were brokers and that you basically lied to me over the phone. I never agreed to have all of my personal details forwarded to so many different parties. Since then numerous brokers have been in contact with me and have been sending me letters, texts and emails.
I am writing because I would like for your company to stop sending me text messages and letters in the mail and to also stop forwarding my details to other company's since I never agreed to that in the first place. I am very disappointed with your company's dishonesty and I am also requesting a refund in full. You should have all of my details on site since your passing them on to everyone else.
I would like my money back in full by either check or direct debit with in two weeks of todays date of this email.
If you refuse to give my money back by the time 2 weeks of this date is up , I am not afraid to take legal action for the refund and the court fees.
You know the customer service person had the nerve to say to me that they were entitled to keep 5 pounds of the original deposit i made. Something about the proposal aggreement that I signed. LOL what a laugh
I wrote her back and told her that I was going to take them to court and that I am entitled to all of it because I payed the money before i signed anything.
she worte back and 3 days later the money was put into my bank account. Now all i have to do is figure out a way to get these loan people to stop texting me, calling me and sending me emails!
neway , yes loans is a scam and they know it. dont dont dont DO NOT apply for a loan with them!
Thanks for that info mate. Damn what a bunch of *****s, wouldn't be suprised if other people got roped into this shyt and then when they couldn't pay, had poepl going around theyr house! Maybe theyr Loan Sharks? Hmm Anyways thanks for sharing the info.

Loans are funny business, not fun in the sense of fun, but probably weird after paying a fee to one company and getting nowhere. We tried it a second time. Yes Loans said they would not get us a loan straight away as our credit file was in a complete mess we now got a loan after fixing the issues they mentioned makes a change to post something other than bad news thank you.
If you get a loan now via Yes Loans they ask you to leave feedback on a few listed websites so here is mine. I called them after looking for a loan on the net. Filled the form in which was pretty extensive I then got a call back within an hour to confirm all the details. I paid a fee for them to get the loan I was sent the forms which was received 2 days later as per the phone conversation I then received a further telephone call in which I had forgot to send some information being my payslips these were then sent. The loan hit my bank account 11 days later. The only problem I see is the fact I didn’t know the loan was in my account and had been there for two days without me knowing so I should have been checking my bank account every day
i to have been given this link from yes loans to supply my feedback about there company. after paying my admin fee i got a bit worried so i looked on the net and read some very bad things about the company. i was pooping thinking that i was going to be scammed. i had the paper work a couple of days later so i though well i have paid for it so i will give it a go. sent the paperwork off then couple of days later had a call from yes loans they had got me in touch with some one who could give me a loan i wanted. Superb i thought. i went through some details with the loan company and 2 weeks later the money was in my bank account. i didnt have a problem with the company the only problem i had was i couldnt understand them very well as they had very strong accents bloddy welsh.
I have been searching for months to get a loan, everywhere I went I got the same answer and that was a big no-no I knew my finances was not perfect and bringing up kids on my own would make it more difficult than anything. But I called yes loans and paid a fee and then got forms to fill in and sign all done a few days later I got another phone call confirming that I got a loan APR is only 1% higher than my bank who I been with for years and would not bother to help me at all. I think the banks themselves are having major problems when you can go elsewhere and get something you couldn’t get with them even though you have been a faithful customer.
Things could not have got much worse but now they are better we could not get loans or mortgages now we can after going through, debt management I can’t believe how stupid we were and let our money get messed up so badly. At the end of the we needed the debt management to get us back on course thanx so much
It is not always bad news, as some people here claim, I don’t want to upset things but the truth is Yes Loans or any other company for that matter could not get us a loan , It is our fault and our credit was totally screwed up. We decided on the debt management programme that yes loans offered us Now we have now just got a Mortgage and saved £1000s of pounds something that would have been impossible only a few months ago. We believe patients is needed and speak to them see what they can do to help you.
