You can jump ship. There is nothing to stop you. However, how green is the grass on the other side of the fence? BT Vision is only available with BT BB. If you move your VBox is useless.
On the other hand is a £4 discount a good enough incentive? Only you can decide.
Up to you to weigh up what are the upsides and downsides.

BT seem to be offering a lot of discounts to renew contracts. These then tie you into 12 months with new T&Cs geared around Webwise.

Is saving £4 per month worth your online privacy?
If so, go for it.

There are many Phorm free ISPs, but dont take my word for it go check it out for yourself. At the end of the day it's your descision.
