I would like to share my feeling about my ISP providers , like I was in search of Isp provider who can give his best connectivity at affordable price , so at last one fine day I've find a ISP provider who provides the best service at affordable price , like unlimited service .

that was a nice article , but you have missed out on a few points, such are dedicated connections etcetra. Caveat Emptor:: users must check the normal browsing speed ( IP Details.com : Internet Speed test ) with what they are signed for, most of the time it'll be far more less than it.

The BBC have a speed test tool as well, if you want to check out your current speed. Personally, I find massive variance from day to day and place to place, so I wonder how reliable a 'test result' really is.
