Easily the worst online experience I've ever had. I was advised by a colleague not to use them - but they were the cheapest so I had nothing to lose, right?
I phoned twice before ordering to check goods were in stock and was told delivery would take 4 days for the 3 items (fridge/washing mac/d'washer). Day before delivery I was told to wait another 14 days as the dishwasher was out of stock. I explained we have 2 babies, were moving into a new house & that it was essential we have the fridge & washing machine. The dishwasher could wait. They then said that they wouldn't split the order, forcing me to cancel the dishwasher, & order it separately paying an additional £30 delivery. I was then told that the 2 items they did have in stock wouldn't be delivered the next day as agreed - but I'd have to wait another week.
Delivery day arrived & the van driver phoned to say he'd been given all the wrong address details a fictitious address. I phoned Appliances Online, they admitted their mistake but refused to tell the driver (4 miles up the road) to deliver my goods. I was told another delivery date would have to be arranged the following week!!!
Anyway, 3 weeks down the line the goods have finally arrived - but the additional extra £30 delivery charge has not been credited back to my account, and despite saying they will - no one has returned my phone calls.
