In my local Tesco, there is a little box next to the till with free give up smoking packs. The money off coupons are all Tesco specific ones, as follows:
£1.25 When you spend £5 or more on toiletries, £6 when you spend £30 or more on clothing, £1 off Colgate Plax mouthwash, 40p off Colgate toothpaste, £2 off when you spend £8 or more on fitness accessories, Join healthy living club free and finally £1.25 off when you spend £5 or more on beauty products.
The pack includes a wall chart and stickers so you use which sticker sums up your day e.g., smiley face, thumbs up etc the kids will love these stickers even if they don’t have to give up smoking!
