New Girl - Debenhams probs!

Hi everyone, great to be here, so annoyed with myself that I took so long to discover this place it's brilliant. Anyway, I've been trying to complete an order on Debenhams site for around 4 days continuously on 2 different PCs but can't get to the point of completing the order. Originally I put it down to the site being so busy cos of the 2 day sale which is what customer service also said when I called them, but even trying after the sale ended I'm having the same problem does anyone have any suggestions, is it just me? I'm getting pretty frustrated now as I really want the stuff!!!!
