Do Havens offer free delivery?
Yes, Havens offer free delivery on all orders over £75. On orders under £75, standard delivery to most postcodes costs £6.95.
How long does delivery take?
You can return your goods to Havens within 28 days, but you will need to cover postage costs. Items must be returned in perfect, resalable condition, in the original packing and in another sturdy box to prevent damage. Havens will reasonably consider flexibility on the 28 return period for gift-wrapped items, but cannot accept returns on Jewellery, Perfumes, Cosmetics, Drinks and Food Gifts.

What if my items are out of stock?
If your goods happen to be out of stock, a member of the Havens team will call or email you to let you know the lead times for restocking items, or to offer alternative products you can buy instead. Generally, they expect to refill times to be 10 - 15 days on top of the usual delivery times.
Do Havens offer a price match promise?
Havens Price Match Promise means that if you find the same product for less from an Official Authorized UK Stockist, they’ll lower their price to meet it. This includes delivery & shipment costs, but excludes secondhand, discontinued, clearance discounted or auctioned goods. You also cannot claim on the price match promise after your goods have been dispatched, and you cannot claim on any Electrical goods.

Havens have a 28-day returns policy which means you’ll have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Please note: Havens cannot accept returns on jewellery, perfumes, cosmetics, drinks or food gifts.
