Couples looking to make a romantic escape this Valentine's Day may wish to take advantage of a special two-for-one deal offered by Sterling Airlines.
Some 301,500 seats are available on selected flights with the airline, which offers flights departing from Edinburgh, London Gatwick and East Midlands Airport to a number of destinations in Scandinavia, including Oslo, Stockholm and Copenhagen.
"Choose great Sterling Viking destinations with fascinating waterfronts, cultural events, historical settings and peaceful, trendy and cosmopolitan atmospheres," said Carole Arnaud Battandier, international marketing manager at Sterling Airlines.
She added that the two-for-one deal will leave couples with more money to pamper themselves while on holiday, which she suggested may be a "perfect travel present to offer for Valentines".
The deal is available for flights scheduled from February 7th to the 14th.
In addition to its Valentine's Day promotion, the airline also offers special group offers for parties of at least ten people. Requests for these discounts must be submitted through the Sterling Airlines website.
