A technical blunder by O2 has revealed the price of the upcoming iPhone 3G, according to Sky News.
The mobile phone company accidently unveiled its Pay & Go iPhone 3G price plan on its official website.
O2 quickly removed the information and, according to Pocket-lint, the information was "loaded by mistake".
The prices for Apple's second generation mobile phone posted on O2's website were £299.99 for the 8GB model and £359.99 for the 16GB model.
Both these prices were for any Pay and Go price plan, with a £10 per month data option after the first six months.
In America AT&T's handset-only price is $599 (£300) and $699 for the 8GB and 16GB version respectively.
The new iPhone will be available globally on July 11th and comes in a black and white version.
It incorporates 3G technology for fast internet access and will cope with five to six hours of browsing on a single charge.
