Le Creuset is offering a free casserole dish to shoppers placing an order for its cast iron cookware with the Guardian newspaper.
The oven-to-table cookware can be used for all heat sources, including ovens, grills and hobs, with a vitreous enamel finish that is guaranteed by the manufacturer for ten years and is dishwasher safe.
Readers are being offered a 22cm round casserole dish supplied by Timscris Limited designed for slow cooking with a capacity of 3.3 litres for a special price of £94.99.
"With each order you place, you receive absolutely free a 16cm Round Casserole," the paper reported. The free dish is said to retail at £50. "With a capacity of 1.3 litres, which is ideal for preparing smaller recipes and all manner of accompanying dishes."
Le Creuset claims to be the world's leading manufacturer of enamelled cast iron cookware and is reportedly chosen by chefs, restaurateurs and budding home cooks.
