A new range of trousers dubbed "Magic Pants" that reportedly alter the appearance of the body - making big bums look smaller and short legs seem longer - have been launched.
Developed by fashion designer Maria Grachvogel, the trousers cost £375 and have been sold to stars including Emma Thompson and supermodel Marie Helvin, the Daily Mail reports.
"Magic Pants skim over my bottom and legs and are quite high-waisted, which has this instant effect of making my bottom sit high," soul singer Mica Paris told the paper.
The designer claims that the success of the trousers is down to their lack of side seams and pockets, which enable them to fit better and give a slimmer silhouette.
Last year, fashion website OSoYou speculated that X Factor winner Leona Lewis made use of "magic underwear" to look her best in her sparkly dresses on stage.
