The new Eee PC from Asus is comfortable and usable and is aimed at executives, according to one reviewer.
Moving away from the company's low cost ethos, Asus's latest Eee PC S101 is available for £449 and comes with an Intel Atom N270 processor a 16GB solid state hard drive and 1GB or RAM, reports techradar.com.
According to the reviewer it comes bundled with a version of Windows XP, weighs 1.1 kilograms and has a thickness of 25 millimetres.
"Designed to be the 'executive' model of the range it has a look and feel more of the Asus U6 ultraportable laptop than other Eee PC Netbooks," techradar.com said.
In related news, Asus has warned customers with its Eee Box desktop PC that their computer may contain malware, according to vnunet.com.
The website claims that the virus, which was first detected in 2006, can be destroyed by many common anti-virus software packages.
