After a major makeover, mobile phone operator 3 has unveiled its latest Skype phone.
The Skypephone S2 allows users to make free calls using voice over internet protocol, connect to social networking websites, browse the web and partake in instant messaging.
It supports Facebook, Bebo and Windows Live Messenger and can pull in up to 30 RSS feeds from any website on the planet.
The new phone has a 2.2-inch screen, a built-in 3.2-megapixel camera 4GB of expandable memory and a brand new interface.
Connection to Skype is free of charge unless users are interested in browsing the web, which will cost £2.50 a month for 5MB of data or £5 for 10MB.
The phone can also be plugged into a laptop and used as a dongle.
It will be available from August 27th and will be available for free on 3's Mix & Match price-plan or cost £69.99 on the mobile operator's pay-as-you-go tariff.
