A new device aimed at improving circulation and guarding against deep vein thrombosis (DVT) has been unveiled by High Tech Health.
The company's Official Circulation Booster has been designed and developed by health care professionals and comes with a 12-month guarantee, the firm claims.
High Tech Health said its Official Circulation Booster can be used while reading or working and with just 30 minutes a day can improve circulation.
The device has been endorsed by This Morning's celebrity medical professional Dr Chris Steel who said: " This [the Circulation Booster] helps the muscles to contract."
"This is an excellent idea," he added.
Research undertaken by New Zealand's Medical Research Institute found that a third of patients suffering from DVT were office workers who spent a large part of their working day at their desk.
The BBC claims DVT affects 100,000 people a year in the UK.
