A pink edition of the Samsung Soul mobile phone, which may tempt bargain code hunters, is now on sale.
Featuring a five megapixel camera with WDR optimiser and built-in image stabiliser as well as audio technology from Bang & Olufsen ICEpower and an FM radio, the new model is identical to the original dark metallic handset.
"It's exactly the same phone, just in a friendlier shade that's better suited to exceptionally girlie girls, or lovers of gadgets with a pink tint," explains Lucy Hedges, of review site Shiny Shiny.
In addition, the phone also comes with HSDPA at 7.2 megabits per second and a touch navigation keypad which changes its icons according to menu selections.
Ms Hedges recently claimed Samsung's new i620, which comes with a fully sliding QWERTY keyboard, "should strike a chord with pink mobile phone lovers everywhere".
Priced at £150, the 3G handset runs on Windows Mobile 6.0 and comes with a two megapixel camera with flash as well as a microSD slot for extended memory.
