A green remedy to the iPhone 3G's short battery life has been released by Mobile Fun.
The solar-powered iPhone case allows bargain code hunters to protect their iPhones and, if the sun is shining, boost the battery life of their power-hungry touch-screen devices.
Each case has a built-in 1,500 mAh battery, which can provide one full charge, and if the clouds have gathered the cases internal battery can be recharged from any USB port with the mini-USB cable.
The case is available in black or white and the built-in battery can be charged in approximately three hours.
Voucher code customers can pick up the solar powered iPhone case for £27.95.
Phone accessory firm Mophie has announced an alternative solution to the iPhone 3G's battery-life problem.
Mophie's Juice Pack 3G fits onto the back of a users iPhone and offers up six hours extra talk time while the phone's 3G feature is switched on.
