Windswept women who are concerned about looking glamorous during the UK's latest round of rainstorms may wish to take note of the stylish advice offered by the Topshop fashion blog.
The clothing retailer suggested that a hooded rope print coat may be a good way to stay dry in rainy, blustery weather and that spring shades may be just the trick for lifting spirits when the skies are cloudy.
Waterproof fabric is a must on any mid-length coat that will endure the elements, Topshop claimed, while a detachable hood may be best left on until the sun comes out.
In other Topshop news, the high street retailer has been praised by the Telegraph for its incorporation of the latest catwalk trends, including floral corsages - tipped to be a re-emerging fashion trend when the Sex and the City film debuts on the big screen this spring.
Meanwhile, the newspaper also claimed floral prints and mix-and-match separates are also set to be key fashion looks this season.
