Following the launch of WiiWare in the US earlier this week, it has been revealed that the UK launch will have eight titles.
When launched in Japan the service had nine titles and in the US users can download six WiiWare games.
WiiWare will arrive in the UK next week and the eight games on offer will include Dr Mario & Germ Buster, Toki Tori, Star Soldier and Pirates: The Key of Dreams.
None of these four games are available in the US. However, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King, TV Show King, LostWinds and Pop which were made available for download in the US yesterday will also be among the titles available to UK users.
Defend Your Castle and VIP Casino: Blackjack were the other two games that made up the US launch. These titles will not be available for download in the UK.
Wii products are sold at a number of retailers, including Game.
