The Telegraph has rung in the new year with a series of fantastic discounts on its extensive wine range.
January offers start from as little as £5 per bottle and the newspaper boasts some vintage classics such as Bordeaux and Burgundy as well as favourite blends from New World producers.
However, the Telegraph insists that the winter sale will not last forever and the best deals are likely to sell out fast.
A selection of fine mixed cases from the newspaper's cellar is on offer to wine enthusiasts looking to save money.
The French classic Chateauneuf du Pape and Australia's Grand Crus are just some of the cases that are on special offer.
"You don't need to camp outside Harrods to secure the best bargains, when you can enjoy discounts on a delicious range of bestselling wines right now, with our January sale," the newspaper states.
A new study has suggested that people who drink up to two and a half bottles of wine a week have a lower risk of premature death than those who do not drink at all, the Times reports.
