A wireless receiver for the Nintendo Wii Nunchuk controller has been released in the UK, Digital Spy has reported.
The Nintendo Wireless Kit, which is the first of its kind in the UK, has a recommended retail price of £19.95 and is manufactured by Zappies.
It features a wireless housing for the existing Nunchuk attachment, as well as a wireless receiver which attaches to the Nintendo Wii Remote, replacing the cable that is meant to connect the two controllers.
Two similar units are expected to hit UK shelves in the coming months, the news source reported. A second Nunchuk adapter manufactured by Logic3 will be released on April 25th at a recommended retail price of £12.99, while a wireless Nunchuk - already available in the US - is set to make its UK debut in May.
The Nintendo Wii and a number of gaming accessories are available at many UK retailers, including Game.
