Another day, another bland lunch, another unappetising dinner, followed by a huge helping of dissatisfaction and misery. Constantly battling with the never  ending debate that goes along the lines of: ‘I must eat healthily this week’; ‘I missed the gym, so shouldn’t really’; ‘Money’s tight so I best not’ and so the war with one’s self drags continuously on…
