Do Samsung offer free delivery?
Yes, Samsung offers free next day delivery on all items. Orders of small items (i.e. items are small enough to be delivered by one person) are delivered seven days a week, and will arrive within 1 working day if you place your order before 8pm. Free next day delivery is still offered with large items except for TVs, but orders will not be delivered on Sundays.
Can I choose a specific time slot for my delivery?
For small items, you can choose to pay to select a specific timeslot Monday to Saturday. Fees for timeslot delivery usually start from £3.99.
Can I amend my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, Samsung cannot accept changes to an order once it has been placed due to their next day delivery policy. If you forgot to add an item to your order, their free delivery means you won't pay any extra to create an additional order for the item you forgot. However, if you no longer want all or part of your order, you will either need to cancel the order or return items to Samsung after they have arrived.
Can I track my Samsung order?
All Samsung orders can be conveniently tracked. You’ll get a confirmation email when you place your order, and another email when your items are dispatched. Both will contain tracking links. For more information on tracking, head to the Samsung website.
What is the Samsung returns policy?
You have 14 days to return any items you don't want to Samsung. Items must be sent back in like new condition, in their original packaging, and with all chargers, accessories and other free products provided with them (i.e. as an extra). Samsung may reduce your refund amount if you have used the product more than you would have at an in-store viewing. Items can be returned free of charge, either by arranging a collection (for large items) or printing a free returns label and posting them (small items only).
