What is the Virgin Wines returns policy?
Virgin Wines have a 14-day returns policy which means you’ll have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your purchase(s), provided your bottles are unopened and intact. To return your order, you can contact Virgin Wines on the following number: 03432 241001, or email them at: help@virginwines.co.uk, and they will arrange to collect your wine at a convenient time.
My wine is corked, faulty or I don’t like my wine, what can I do?
If one of your wines is corked or tainted in any way or you just don’t like it then let Virgin Wines know and they’ll credit your account with the full amount you paid for that bottle. If you’ve bought a whole case of wine they’ll refund the whole case once they’ve collected the rest of the case.
