Does BrewDog accept returns?
Yes, they do. When returning items to BrewDog they must be in their original packaging. BrewDog doesn’t cover the cost of return shipping unless the items are damaged or faulty, so you’ll be responsible for covering the costs of returning your items.
Can I refuse my BrewDog delivery?
Yes, if a delivery is attempted and it is quite clearly damaged, you can refuse your delivery. Once you do this, the order will be returned to BrewDog and you should then contact BrewDog at onlineshop@brewdog.com and inform them whether you’d like replacement items or a full refund.
