What delivery options do Richer Sounds offer?
Standard delivery is delivered in 3 - 5 working days via Yodel and costs £2.95 on small orders (smaller than a shoebox), or comes free if they’re worth over £50. Delivery of hi-fi products, home cinema products, accessories over £100, and TVs up to 32” is also free of charge and delivered in 3 - 5 working days via Yodel. Any orders of TVs and high-value items will be sent via 1 or 2 man delivery via BJS. This service is free, and should arrive in 3 - 5 working days.
Can I get faster delivery?
Yes, Next Day delivery or Nominated Day delivery is available on hi-fi products, home cinema products, accessories over £100, and TVs up to 32” for £6.95. You can also opt for Next or Nominated Day Delivery on 1-man delivery orders for £19.95, and 2-man delivery orders for £39.95. Place your order before 5.30pm to avoid delays.
Can I Click & Collect from my nearest Richer Sounds store?
Yes, Click & Collect is available free of charge from any of over 50 locations of the UK, with next delivery guaranteed if you order before 5pm and two working day delivery if you order before 5.30pm. If you order on Thursday, you can even pick your order up on Saturday or Sunday. When your items arrive, the Richer Sounds team will give you a heads up and book a convenient collection time.
Can I track my order?
You will be sent tracking details by the relevant courier service as soon as your order is out for delivery. Be sure to check your delivery option to see who it will be shipped with and how they will send you your tracking details.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Yes, you will need to get in touch with the Richer Sounds Customer Service Team to do so. If your order is already out for delivery, you will need to return it and arrange for a refund to be provided instead.
What is the Richer Sounds Returns policy?
You can return any items you're unhappy with to Richer Sounds within 28 days of purchase, so long as it is sent back in its original condition and packaging.
