When it comes to curbing those mid-game cravings, there's only one place for it, and that's Deliveroo. This year, Deliveroo is sponsoring the World Cup 2026, which means it's the perfect time to find out everything on offer to help you save on your most-loved takeaways.

In this article, we're talking everything you need to know about Deliveroo Plus to help you decide whether it's time to upgrade before the big games. From free delivery and how Amazon Prime can help you save, read on to find out more.

What is Deliveroo Plus?

Deliveroo Plus is Deliveroo's loyalty programme. If you find yourself ordering from Deliveroo regularly, it's worth checking out the perks you could be receiving and the money you could save from joining Deliveroo Plus.

You'll get free delivery on restaurant orders over £10 and on shop orders over £15. You'll also get a collection of exclusive offers at participating restaurants and stores.

Is Deliveroo Plus worth it?

Yes, if you order from Deliveroo as little as 2-4 times a month, it's worth joining Deliveroo Plus. With Plus Silver costing from just £3.49/month, by your second order, you'll have saved money on delivery fees alone. You just need to make sure you're hitting the minimum spend thresholds to be eligible for free delivery.

The Plus Gold subscription option costs from £4.99/month (prices checked 21/07/2026), meaning it's worth joining if you order 4 times or more per month.

However, if you live alone and you don't hit the minimum spend threshold for free delivery, you'll end up paying the subscription fees plus the delivery fees. Additionally, if you're an avid user of the likes of Just Eat and Uber Eats as well, it's not worth paying for Deliveroo Plus.

How much is Deliveroo Plus?

There are two tiers to choose from when signing up to Deliveroo Plus: Deliveroo Plus Gold starts at £4.99/month, and Deliveroo Plus Silver from £3.49/month.

Please note: Prices are correct from the date of writing (21/07/2026).

Deliveroo Discount Codes

Should you pay for Deliveroo Plus or use our discount codes?

If you were to take out a Plus Gold membership, it would set you back at least £4.99/month, and you'll receive a slew of discounts and promotions from an ever-rotating selection of restaurants and takeaways.

You'll also receive free delivery on orders from £10. And all of that sounds great, especially if you order from Deliveroo quite frequently. But could you save even more money by using our range of discount codes?

We've previously seen discount codes such as 50% off your first order over £15, 40% off orders over £15 and 50% off your first grocery order over £15. All of these discount codes were free to use and easily found on our Deliveroo discount code page.

We can't see what offers are currently online for Deliveroo Plus subscribers, but for a minimum of £5 entry fee, you may actually end up saving more money by using one of our codes.

To see all of our currently live discount codes and offers, make sure to check our Deliveroo discount codes page at MyVoucherCodes.

Moving into my first home during the worst possible time (during lockdown) I understand the necessity of saving money when the purse strings are tight. I’ll do my very best to save you money wherever I can.

Outside of saving money, I’m into video games, movies, books and music. I host a video game podcast called The Retry Hard Podcast, where my friend and I go through news, reviews and video games in general.
