How do I cancel my MedExpress order?
You can cancel your MedExpress order as long as a clinician hasn’t yet reviewed or prescribed it. Just contact the MedExpress customer care team. Once a prescription has been issued, the order can’t be cancelled or refunded, even if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.
What is the MedExpress returns policy?
For safety reasons, MedExpress can’t accept returns of medication once it has been prescribed and dispensed. If you have medicine you no longer need, take it to your local pharmacy so it can be disposed of safely. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact MedExpress before throwing anything away, as it may need to be sent back for investigation.
How much does MedExpress delivery cost?
Standard delivery costs £2.90 and usually arrives within one to three days of dispatch. Express delivery costs £3.95 and usually arrives within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also collect your order from a Post Office for £3.95, from the day after dispatch, Monday to Saturday. Delivery times start once a clinician has approved your order and it has been sent out, and every parcel arrives in plain packaging with no branding on the outside.

Do I need an existing prescription to order at MedExpress?
No, customers do not need a pre-existing prescription to shop at MedExpress. Online consultations are available and private prescriptions can be issued to those eligible.
Will MedExpress contact my GP?
For most treatments, it’s up to you. If you give your consent, MedExpress will usually send a summary of your consultation to your GP surgery. For weight management treatments, you must agree to MedExpress informing your GP, otherwise it can’t complete your consultation or supply the medication.

Yes, but it works as account credit rather than an instant price cut. If you find the identical treatment cheaper at one of the online pharmacies on MedExpress’s competitor list, such as Boots Online Doctor, Superdrug Online Doctor or Pharmacy2U, you can claim the difference as credit, up to a maximum of £40. Your order needs to be worth at least £99.99, you have to claim within seven days of buying, and you can’t use a discount or referral code on the same order. Prices that depend on a competitor’s own promo codes or offers don’t count.
Is MedExpress safe and legit?
