Can I get free delivery at Wype?
Yes, you can - Wype offers free Standard UK delivery on all orders over £15.00. Express shipping is available, too, for an additional cost (this amount will be displayed at checkout).
What is the Wype returns policy?
Wype is happy to replace or refund any defective products. If you’re simply not sure Wype is right for you, you’ll still have 30 days from the date of purchase to send back any unused items.
Are Wype products packaged sustainably?
Yes, they are. Wype products will arrive in a recycled cardboard mailer which you can then recycle further. Many of the products are designed to be re-used and those that are not, are fully recyclable too.
