Are there any booking fees with Brittany Ferries?
There is a £10.00 service charge for ferry-only bookings made through the contact centre, but this isn’t the case for group bookings or holiday bookings.
Can I cancel my ferry booking?
Yes, you can. You can do this via the ‘Manage My Booking’ section. Please note, that not all tickets will be refundable and this will depend on the level of flexibility on your ticket.
Do I need to book my bicycle with Brittany Ferries?
Yes, you do. To do this, you’ll need to select the ‘with bicycle’ option under ‘How are you travelling?’ If you can’t see this, it means it isn’t available on that particular service.

Can I collect my tickets at the port?
Yes, you can. If your tickets were ordered online, you’ll receive an email including a printable copy of your tickets. If you are unable to print these, then you can ask at the port and they’ll be able to print them off for you at no extra cost.
