How do I apply for a membership?
The easiest way to apply for membership is to do so online! Simply click the ‘Join’ tab at the top of their webpage and select from either Standard, Standard Plus or Prestige membership options.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you’d like to cancel your membership, you’ll need to contact the Priority Pass Membership Services team. You can do so by completing and submitting an online contact form.
Does it cost to take children into an airport lounge?
Children are charged at the same rate as adult visitors, some younger children can enter for free. Check the conditions and additional information for the chosen lounge on the app or online.

Yes, memberships which offer access to a Digital Membership Card will give you immediate lounge access.
Can I invite friends and family to the lounge?
Most lounges will allow any number of guests, but some apply guest limits. We recommend checking lounge information on the app before you arrive.
Where can I find my digital membership card?
Your digital card can be found in the ‘Card’ section of the Priority Pass app or on the ‘My Priority Pass’ section of their website. You can either save the passed image or save it to your phone’s digital wallet for easier access in the future.
