Can I get free delivery at Wayfair?
Yes! Free delivery is available for all orders over £500. For orders under this amount, a £4.99 shipping fee will apply.
What other delivery options are available at Wayfair?
Wayfair offers both small and large parcel delivery options. You will receive an estimated date of delivery along with a tracking number when you place your order. You can even opt to have larger items delivered to a specific room in your home!
What is the returns policy at Wayfair?
At Wayfair, you’ll have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted items. Products will need to be returned in their original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of the postage. There are separate returns policies for mattresses, which come with a 100-night free trial.
Are returns at Wayfair free?
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returns to Wayfair, and they recommend using their collection services for a simple and secure process. Charges vary from £4.99 to £9.99 for small parcels and from £20.00 to £50.00 for larger parcels. Mattresses will be collected for free if returned within the 100-night free trial.
