What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery from DFS is priced at £99.00. This fee covers delivery to any address within a 50-mile radius of a DFS store (by road) on the UK Mainland.
When will DFS deliver?
DFS provides delivery seven days a week, from 7 am to 7 pm. When placing your order, you can select a delivery day and time that best suits your schedule.
Does DFS offer a collection service for old sofas?
Yes, DFS can arrange to collect your old sofa. Please note that this is a separate service that must be booked independently. For more details, visit their Sofa Rescue page online.
Can I return items to DFS?
Since many DFS furniture pieces are made to order, returns may not always be possible. If you encounter any issues with your items, please contact their customer service team as soon as possible for guidance on how to proceed.

What if my discount code doesn't work?

How we make money
Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true. Like all businesses, we need to make money, and we do this via commission-based relationships with brands and retailers - we earn a small percentage from the retailer every time someone uses a code on our website or clicks through to a sale.
We also make money by offering the brands we work with the chance to buy some extra space on our website, in turn giving more exposure to their biggest and best discounts. And that’s it! By using this model, we’re able to do what we do without charging our customers a penny.
