What delivery options do Lily's Kitchen offer?
Standard delivery costs £4.95, or comes free on orders over £29, and should arrive in 1 - 3 working days. There are also three special delivery options if you'd like your pet food faster: Weekend delivery is available for £9.95 if you place your order before 2pm on the Friday before your desired weekend; Next Day delivery costs £9.95 and will arrive the next working day before 12pm if you place your order before 2pm Monday to Thursday; and Next Day delivery before 10.30am is available for £14.95 (again, you'll need to order by 2pm Monday to Thursday to guarantee next day delivery). Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders are shipped with DPD, who will provide an estimated delivery time and tracking information when your order has been dispatched. You'll also get a text and email on the day of delivery where you can choose a 1-hour delivery slot.
What is the Lily's Kitchen returns policy?
You can return any items you're unhappy with to Lily's Kitchen within 14 days of delivery. To arrange a return, get in touch with the customer service team over the phone or via email and they'll arrange a collection or walk you through sending your goods back to them. You can choose to return items for a refund or exchange.
