What delivery options does Tails.com offer?
Tails.com delivers to the mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and The Isle of Man. They currently offer free Standard delivery to the UK, in which your parcel will be delivered in 3 working days. Nominated Day delivery via DPD costs £3.99 and will be delivered between 8 am and 6 pm on the day of your choice.
Can I track my Tails.com delivery?
Yes - you can track your Tails.com delivery by either checking the email that will be sent to you once your package has been dispatched or logging onto your online dashboard. Simply choose ‘Deliveries’ from the search bar and then click ‘Track Package’.
What is the Tails.com return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with any of the products that you receive from Tails.com, you can contact the team within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Tails.com will reply within 7 days and provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s). If a refund is granted, it may take up to 10 working days for the credit to reach your account. Please note that dry blends are made specifically for your dog and are not eligible for a refund.
