Can I get free delivery at CJ Wildlife?
Yes, CJ Wildlife currently offers free delivery on orders over £35.00! Please note that a £3.99 fee will apply to all orders under this amount.
How long will it take for my CJ Wildlife order to arrive?
Orders tend to be delivered by DHL within 1-2 working days. If your order is classed as ‘small’ (under 2kg), then it will be sent via Royal Mail and may take 2-3 working days to arrive.
What is the CJ Wildlife returns policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your CJ Wildlife order, you’ll have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it. To start the return process, you’ll need to contact their customer service team. Please note that the cost of returning goods must be covered by the customer.
