Yes. Garden Buildings Direct offer free delivery to parts of the UK in zone 1 on their delivery map. Outside of zone 1 delivery is free on boxes under 30kg.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary depending on your zone and the weight of the order. Zone 1 deliveries are free.
What courier services do Garden Buildings Direct use?
Garden Buildings Direct deliver customers’ orders using either Yodel or BillyOh depending on the size and weight of the products being delivered.
Do Garden Buildings Direct deliver to remote areas?
Unfortunately, Garden Buildings Direct do not currently offer delivery to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight.
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order Garden Buildings Direct accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items should be as it was delivered to you and in the original packaging. Garden Buildings Direct will ask for a picture of the item confirming its condition before arranging collection.
Are returns free?
No, Garden Buildings Direct do not offer free returns. Collections for returned items will be charged at 30p per kilo. You can see the weight of your returned items on the confirmation email you receive when placing your order.
