Can I get free delivery at COSORI?

Yes, COSORI offer free Mainland UK delivery. Please note that remote addresses may be subject to a £10.70 surcharge for delivery.

Am I able to cancel my COSORI order?

Cancellation is possible, but you’ll have to notify the COSORI customer service team on the same day the order is placed. If you are unable to cancel, you’ll have to wait for your order to arrive and then send it back for a full refund.
