Delivery FAQ's
How much does Very delivery cost?
For small goods, Standard delivery is £3.99, Nominated Day delivery is £4.99, Supplier Direct delivery is £3.99, and Click & Collect is £3, or free on orders over £30. For TVs & White Goods, standard delivery is £6.99, Express delivery is £16.99, & Next Day delivery is £21.99. For furniture, standard delivery is either £24.99 or £34.99, Express delivery is either £34.99 or £44.99, & Next Day delivery is either £39.99 or £49.99. Which price you pay will depend on which item you’re ordering, so keep an eye out at the checkout to see which delivery fee applies to your chosen products. All Other Large Goods are £8.99 for Standard delivery, £18.99 for Express delivery, or £23.99 Next Day delivery.
Can I get free delivery at Very?
You won't normally find free delivery on home delivery, but Click & Collect orders over £30 will be delivered to your pickup point of choice free of charge. Now and then, Very will also offer discount codes for free home delivery, usually for a limited time only. Are Very returns free?
Yes, if you’re unhappy with your items, returns are free so long as you send your item back within 28 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, goods must be sent back unused, in the original packaging, and along with the receipt & any security tags still attached. You can find out more on the Very website.
How long do I have to return my order to Very?
You’ve got 28 days from your date of purchase to send your goods back to Very, and you can choose from three ways to send back your order depending on your item’s size. Standard size orders (under 10kg) can be sent with Collect+ or Royal Mail. For larger items, you'll need to arrange a home collection by logging in to the website. Does Very do Student discounts?
No, currently there are no student discounts available. However, Very are listed as a retailer on Unidays which is a good indication that they may offer exclusive student discounts in the future.
Does Very do NHS discounts?
Unfortunately there aren't currently any exclusive discounts for NHS or key workers. Make sure to check back here to see if this changes, in the meantime feel free to browse our collection of discount codes.

What if my discount code doesn't work?
As a collaborative team, we do our best to ensure that incorrect or outdated discount codes and offers aren’t listed on any of our retailer pages. To do this, we test the codes ourselves to make sure that they work and aim to give as much guidance as possible with regard to how they are supposed to be used.

How we make money
Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true. Like all businesses, we need to make money, and we do this via commission-based relationships with brands and retailers - we earn a small percentage from the retailer every time someone uses a code on our website or clicks through to a sale.
We also make money by offering the brands we work with the chance to buy some extra space on our website, in turn giving more exposure to their biggest and best discounts. And that’s it! By using this model, we’re able to do what we do without charging our customers a penny.
