What delivery options are available at Tredz?
Standard delivery costs £2.95 or comes free on orders over £20.00. You can also opt for Next Day delivery for £5.00, or £7.50 for large items. Next Day orders must be placed before 3pm to arrive on the next working day, and orders placed after noon on Friday will not arrive until Monday or Tuesday.
Does Tredz offer Click & Collect?
Yes, you can choose to collect your order from the Cardiff store or either of the Swansea stores free of charge if this is more convenient. You'll receive an email from the Tredz team when your order is ready for pickup, and you can head in whenever the store is open to collect.
What's the Tredz return policy?
If you're unhappy with anything you've purchased, you’ll have 365 days from the date of purchase to return items via the Tredz online returns portal. You'll need to send items back unused and in the condition they were received in, and you will be offered an exchange, refund or repair. Any postage cost will be deducted from your refund total, as will any savings made through the use of discounts or voucher codes. You'll also be charged £35.00 for the return of bikes that are unwanted or the wrong size.

Tredz has three stores, with one based in Cardiff and the other two in Swansea. For exact addresses, you can find this information on their ‘Stores page’.
Does Tredz price match?
Tredz will do their best to price match if you find a product cheaper elsewhere. If you’ve found a better price with another retailer, simply contact the team (info@tredz.co.uk) with the details and they’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Free Delivery: Save on extra costs with free home delivery on orders over £20.00, or Click & Collect on orders of any value completely free of charge.
Price Match: If you find the same product for less elsewhere, you can contact the Tredz team and they’ll get back to you should they be able to match it.
Free Servicing: Keep your new bike in working order with free bike servicing after 3 - 6 weeks on models bought in-store (depending on the type of bike). If anything goes wrong with your bicycle in those first few weeks, just book an appointment and the Tredz mechanics will help you out free of charge.
Free Insurance: You can also get 14 days of free insurance on all new bikes. To get started, simply activate your insurance online with Cycleplan. For more information, check out their useful Insurance webpage.
How to use your Tredz discount code
1. Look through our list of Tredz discount codes and choose one that best suits your shopping needs.
2. Click the 'Get code' or 'Get discount' button and then copy the code. The Tredz website will open automatically in a separate tab.
3. Start shopping and add any items you'd like to buy to your online shopping basket.
4. Once finished, proceed to checkout and paste your Tredz promo code into the relevant box. Ensure that it has been successfully applied.
5. Confirm payment and enjoy your savings.

What if my discount code doesn't work?
As a collaborative team, we do our best to ensure that incorrect or outdated discount codes and offers aren’t listed on any of our retailer pages. To do this, we test the codes ourselves to make sure that they work and aim to give as much guidance as possible with regard to how they are supposed to be used.

How we make money
Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true. Like all businesses, we need to make money, and we do this via commission-based relationships with brands and retailers - we earn a small percentage from the retailer every time someone uses a code on our website or clicks through to a sale.
We also make money by offering the brands we work with the chance to buy some extra space on our website, in turn giving more exposure to their biggest and best discounts. And that’s it! By using this model, we’re able to do what we do without charging our customers a penny.
