Does HP offer free delivery?
Yes, they do - HP currently offers free delivery on all orders and customers should expect their goods to arrive within 1-2 working days.
Can I track my HP order?
Yes; to do so, simply access the ‘My Orders’ page and you'll find a summary of all your placed orders. Here, you can track orders that are out for delivery, using the on-site tracking link.
What is the HP returns policy?
HP's complementary cancellation policy lets you return any unwanted items within 30 days and organise a refund or exchange without incurring any extra fees. Items must be sent back unused and unopened in their original packaging. Software, personalised items and custom orders are not eligible to be returned. Returns are free of charge and can be dropped to an HP store or collected. To start the returns process, you’ll first need to get in touch with their customer service team.

What if my discount code doesn't work?

How we make money
Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true. Like all businesses, we need to make money, and we do this via commission-based relationships with brands and retailers - we earn a small percentage from the retailer every time someone uses a code on our website or clicks through to a sale.
