What delivery options are available?
There are a few delivery options available at CCL Computers Online. You can choose DPD priority (expected delivery is the next working day), which is free for orders over £150; orders under £150 will have a delivery fee of £2.95. You can choose DPD Saturday or Sunday delivery, which has a fee of £4.99. There are also premium delivery options such as DPD Pre 10 (costs £25.99) and DPD Pre 12 (costs £14.99).
Are returns free?
If you wish to return your order, the cost of the delivery will be at your expense. You can choose between arranging for DPD to collect your order from your home for £15 (orders must not exceed 20kg) or dropping your order at one of the 2,500 DPD locations, which will cost £5.99.
Will I get a refund?
Yes, for all orders that don’t include a gaming PC, you will have up to 14 days to return your order. If you are returning a gaming PC, you will have up to 30 days to return your system. Once your order has been returned and is packaged securely, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Please note that the price of the delivery will be deducted from your refund.
